The City Inside Garden
Lies on the southwest of Malaysia Peninsula, Kuala Lumpur is on the list of great place to visit all year round. Rated as one of the most modernise city in Asia, this capital have a lot to offer from culture, architecture, urbanisation and even history. Start to establish as a mine site 100 years ago, today the city stand proud of its progression as the home for the world tallest twin building and the fourth world tallest tower. Interestingly, Kuala Lumpur although experiencing huge development, it still manage to maintain nature and the surrounding.
Let's have a look at the attraction spot around the city.

National Museum
Built in 1963, the Malaysian National Museum is the premier museum in the country. Filled with thousand of item and artefacts, visitor will be amazed with the collection of Keris and the beautiful Ming Dynasty ceramics hundreds of years ago. The Museum also holds the complete history info about Malaysia. A worth place to checkout.


Merdeka Square & Sultan Abdul Samad Building
The Union Jack was lowered here on this location 31st August 1957 marked the end of imperialism era in Malaya. The area keeping the memory of tears, hard work, and dedication of Malaysia for its independence. Visitor can have a look at Sultan Abdul Samad building, just beside Merdeka Square, one of heritage building in Malaysia that was build with Moorish architecture 100 years ago.


Petronas Twin Towers
The Proud of all Malaysian, the towers standing at the height of 451.9 metre is the world tallest twin building in the world built with the concept of steel structure and glass. Observation of the city can be done here at the famous skybridge on the 41st floor.



Masjid Jamek
Start to built in 1909, the mosque is the oldest mosque in the city that claiming the historic spot of the Klang and Gombak river, the birthplace of Kuala Lumpur. Another mosque, Masjid India not far from Masjid Jamek was influenced by the Southern Indian Style.


Sze Ya Temple & Thean Hou Temple
Sze Ya is the oldest Taoist temple estimated about 140 years old. The design was furnished with an ornate Interior and elaborates roof ridges. For Thean Hou Temple, visitor can expect to see golden roof pagodas, lanterns and impressive three statues of deities.



National Monument
The monument was built to remember the heroic sacrifice of the local and foreign soldier during the communist insurgency period in the late 1940’s to early 1970’s. Designed by the famous Iwo Jima World War II monument architect, Felix De Weldon, the place flashback the struggle and dream of past Malaysian in keeping peace and freedom of the country.



Sri Maha Mariamman Temple
With massive 22 metre of high gate tower, Sri Maha Mariamman Temple is the most elaborate Hindu temples in the country. Portico adorned and carved images of Hindu Deities are among attraction here.



Istana Negara
The residence of Yang Di-Pertuan Agong - His Majesty King of Malaysia. A must visit location for photographer and foreigner who wants to know more about the unique system of leadership practice in Malaysia. The best time to hang out here between the daily changing of the guards. Recommended spot to visit as audience can have a look at beautiful landscape garden.


KL Lake Gardens
The garden was consisting of Orchid & Hibiscus Gardens, Deer Park, Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park and Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. This magnificent garden was located within the city that proof Kuala Lumpur as the city of garden.




Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Ampang & Bangsar
Must visit place for shopping lovers. Huge number of shopping complex located at this spot with variety of items from budget to luxury. Also label as the best location for nightlife in the city with Karaoke lounges, Clubs and discotheque can be found anywhere in this spots.




Suria KLCC & Berjaya Times Square
Visitors who are interested about sea life, Aquaria KLCC, the 100 metre world largest aquarium are the answer. The location is approachable inside Suria KLCC shopping complex just below Petronas Twin Towers. As for the Theme Park lover they will surely attracted to visit Cosmos Theme Park inside Berjaya Times Square which is the 13th floor shopping complex near Jalan Imbi and Jalan Bukit Bintang.



Central Market & Petaling Street
One of the centres for handicraft and souvenir in the city is Central Market and Petaling Street. Checkout traditional Malay, Chinese and Indian dressing ranging from different colours, size and price as well as light handicraft. Rich with thousand of item.





- Getting around the City -
Kuala Lumpur is well connected with various lines of city bus, Train and taxi. Starting from RM0.70 (U$0.20) passenger can enjoy comfortable train ride via LRT to another station. The city itself has a lot of friendly people who can speak English, Chinese and Tamil which you can interact. Travellers are advice to bring a bottle of water in case going to attraction spot by foot as the temperature in Kuala Lumpur usually reach 38°C. For first time travellers, there are nothing to worry. Interesting spot in the city is very easy to approach even some of it locate only few hundred metre from accommodation.
